YOUNG ADULTS

There are lots of opportunities for young adults to get plugged in at FBC. We believe that young adults are the heartbeat of our church. There are several Sunday School classes to choose from, based on your individual needs.

College & Career Class

This class is geared at our single 19 and 20’s. This class is intended to prepare you for the struggles of independent living, dating, and managing your finances, as well as diving into deep study of God’s Word.

Joy Class

This class is for ladies only, married or single, young or old. This group is a great place to share the burden of your heart with others who will understand your needs, and lift you up in prayer. It is also a springboard for a lot of mentoring from the older ladies to the younger ladies.

Men’s Class

Like the Joy Class, this class is for adult men of all ages, single or married. God’s Word is studied and applied in a way that is geared toward men and the challenges they face. This is a great place to connect with other brothers in Christ on a personal level.

Homebuilder’s Class

The Homebuilders Class is a couples class. It targets the needs of the growing family, and is the perfect place to connect to other families who are also serving the Lord and juggling all of the aspects of a family.

In addition to the classes that are offered, there are special events for young adults that take place through the year. Check out our concerts listed in the upcoming events! There are also many opportunities for fellowship through our Summer Sunday Night fellowships (for young adults and their families), the Leadership Training Institute of America conference in Washington, DC, and many other events for the whole church.
